Anxiety Symptoms

One can actually locate a person suffering from GAD as having an excessive worry about quotidian, usual events. Their fear is irrational; therefore they will find unrealistic solutions to their problem, not to mention the increased tension and restlessness.
Some other symptoms may be displayed as: the unusual frequently need to go to the bathroom, the irritability, nausea and head ache make the person indisposed. She has also a low efficacy as he or she is tired all the time, has troubles sleeping and difficulties in concentrating.
Usually the anxiety attacks come unexpected and the person feels like passing out. Through these attacks the person has the excessive fear of death, disease or mental illness. And they feel the need to avoid any situation which, in their concept may provoke such feelings. The acute symptoms may last for 6 months or sometimes more.
